About the artwork
Resurgence is inspired by the energy of waves coming back to life under the light. I tried to potray a rising wave glowing in the sun, while a breaking wave in the foreground blurs softly, its sparkling highlights creating a bokeh-like shimmer. The painting evokes a sense of movement and renewal, where the water feels alive and constantly transforming.
