Shipping Costs:
Free worldwide shipping is included.
Please note that for deliveries outside the EU customs territory, additional customs duties or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped with DHL, DHL Express, or UPS. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Note for orders over €1000:
For shipments with a value over €1000, I may use a different shipping provider depending on the destination and shipping requirements. You will be informed in advance, and tracking will always be included.
Each painting is carefully packaged within 7 days to ensure it arrives safely (For international orders over €1,000, please allow up to 10 business days, as additional customs documents may be required.).
Shipping within Germany usually takes 2–3 business days after dispatch.
International delivery times vary by destination and typically take 5–14 business days or more.
Please note that deliveries outside the EU may take a little longer, as customs times can vary.
Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
Paintings are fully insured during the shipping process. Unfortunately, I cannot take responsibility for any loss or theft after a successful delivery has been confirmed.
