Shipping Costs & Destinations

Free shipping is included for all currently available destinations.

At the moment, I ship to Germany and destinations outside the European Union.

Shipping to EU countries other than Germany is temporarily unavailable. This is due to changes in EU packaging requirements that come into effect on August 12, 2026. I am currently reviewing the requirements for shipping to individual EU countries and hope to be able to offer shipping within the EU again in the future.

Packaging & Processing

Each painting is carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives safely and in good condition.

Orders are prepared for shipment within 7 business days. For international orders over €1,000, orders are prepared for shipment within 10 business days, as additional customs and export documentation may be required.

Delivery Times

Shipping within Germany takes 2–3 business days after dispatch.

International deliveries take 5–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and the shipping service selected.

Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

Customs & Import Fees

For deliveries to destinations outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply.

These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the listed price. The amount of such fees depends on the destination country and its applicable regulations.

Please note that I have no influence over the amount of customs duties, taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country, and I cannot determine these costs in advance.

Shipping & Insurance

Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped with DHL, DHL Express, or UPS, depending on the destination and the shipping service selected.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email, provided that tracking is available for the selected shipping service.

I take great care to ensure that every painting is securely packaged for transport. Shipments are covered according to the shipping and insurance coverage provided by the selected shipping service.

If your order arrives damaged, is lost, or there is another issue with the delivery, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can look into the matter with the shipping provider.
